If a refund for return shipping is appropriate we will reimburse the costs up to the value of royal mail 2nd class postage unless agreed prior to sending.

Refunds for postage (to or from BTS) will not be applied to unwanted items or other order mistakes at the customer end.

Some shipping destinations are only sent via courier due to issues with the local postal services. If there are any issues we will endevour to contact the customer before sending.

Due to exchange rates some products may have a different price to the one advertised. If unsure please give the team at BTS a call to confirm the latest up to date pricing.

We endeavour to have all items sent out within 2 to 3 days of receipt of the order barring any stock issues.

BTS use royal mail 24 post as our standard for shipping. Some items will be sent via different shipping methods dependent on their value.

We do try to keep at least one of everything in stock but due to the massive variation and hundreds of permutations some items may be made/stocked to order. If this happens BTS will endevour to keep the customer informed and give them the option to change or cancel the order if they so wish.

For us to keep one of everything in stock it would require a warehouse and over £600,000 of stock.
